DESCRIPTION:Aerobatics Primer / coaching day.\nThis coming Saturday 28th September at Matamata Piako MAC. Waharoa Aerodrome. Jaggers road.\nWeather looks good. Yes its on !!! It will not be cancelled\, cause now I’ve been passed the baton and will be running it. So you are in for a laugh if nothing else.\n\n\nSo what’s it all about ?\n\n\nIt’s primarily aimed at newbies keen to improve their flying skills. We will focus on the NZ Clubman schedule. A basic centre manoeuvres only sequence that can be flown with a sport model. Even a foamie. If you can do a loop and a roll you can handle it. Trust me.\n\n\nBut as well as this we will be doing general aerobatics practice and with some experts helping on the day we are able to help you if you want a bit of coaching / setup tips etc\, whether that be your 2m pattern model or your IMAC ship. Learn from the best.\n\n\nDisclaimer … we only have 900 feet at Waharoa. It’s perfect for pattern and some of the entry level IMAC classes. But a 3m IMAC model with a 150 in it … can’t be done\, so don’t bring it. 50cc / 70cc is just fine.\nYou need to be an MFNZ member and ideally you have passed the basic wings test. But we will have qualified supervisors on site if you haven’t. Waharoa is an active aerodrome\, so we have a few safety factors in play.\n\n\nBurgers on the BBQ at lunch time.
